吸收净化法是废气治理中一种重要的常用的方法,它是利用废气中各混合组分在选定的吸收剂中溶解度的不同,或其中一种或多种组分与吸收剂中活性组分结合,将有害物从废气中分离出来、净化废气目的的一种方法。
Absorption purification is an important and commonly used method in waste gas treatment. It is a method to separate harmful substances from waste gas and purify waste gas by using the different solubility of each mixed component in the selected absorbent, or the combination of one or more components and the active component in the absorbent.
吸收法使用的吸收设备主要有喷淋洗涤器、泡沫洗涤器、文氏管洗涤器等。吸收法的工艺流程和湿法除尘工艺近似,只是湿法除尘工艺用清水,而吸收法净化有害气体要用溶剂或吸收溶液。

生物除臭法是通过微生物的生理代谢将具有臭味的物质加以转化,达到除臭的目的。目前   污水处理厂和污水泵房采用生物法处理废气的方法主要有土壤脱臭法、生物滤池法和生物滴滤塔等,治理效果较***。

等离子体是继固态、液态、气态之后的物质***四态,当外加电压达到气体的放电电压时,气体被击穿,产生包括电子、各种离子、原子和自由基在内的混合体。放电过程中虽然电子温度很高,但重粒子温度很低,整个体系呈现低温状态,所以称为低温等离子体。低温等离子体降解污染物是利用这些   电子、自由基等活性粒子和废气中的污染物作用,使污染物分子在短时间内发生分解等离子体去除污染物。该方法具有处理效果***,运行费用低廉、无二次污染、运行稳定、操作管理简便、即开即用等***点。
Plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid and gas. When the applied voltage reaches the discharge voltage of gas, the gas is broken down and a mixture of electrons, various ions, atoms and free radicals is produced. (5)紫外光(UV)催化氧化

废气的UV光催化氧化装置处理机理包括两个过程:一是在产生   离子群体的过程中,   数量的有害气体分子受   作用,本身分解成单质或转化为无害物质。二是含有***量   粒子和高活性的自由基的离子群体,与分子气体(如H2S、甲苯等)作用,打开了其分子内部的化学键,转化为无害物质。新生态的氧离子具有很强的氧化性,能有效地氧化分解不受负离子作用控制的有机物。与废气反应后多余的氧离子(正),能与氧离子(负)很快结合成中性氧。
The treatment mechanism of UV photocatalytic oxidation device for waste gas includes two processes: one is that in the process of generating ion groups, a number of harmful gas molecules are affected, and they are decomposed into simple substances or transformed into harmless substances. (6)RTO(RegenerativeThermalOxidizer,简称RTO)

RTO即   热氧化分解器,又称蓄热式焚烧器。其基本原理实在高温下(≥760℃)将有机废气氧化生成CO2和H2O,从而净化废气,并回收分解时所释出的热量,以达到环保节能的双重目的。RTO是一种用于处理中高浓度挥发性有机废气的节能型环保装置。RTO主体结构由燃烧室、陶瓷填料床和切换阀等组成。该装置中的蓄热式陶瓷填充床换热器可使热能***限度的回收,热回收率***于95%,处理VOC时不用或使用很少的燃料。若处理低浓度废气,可选装浓缩装置,以降低燃烧消耗。
RTO is a thermal oxidation decomposer, also known as a regenerative incinerator. Its basic principle is to oxidize the organic waste gas to CO2 and H2O at high temperature (≥ 760 ℃), so as to purify the waste gas and recover the heat released during decomposition, so as to achieve the dual purpose of environmental protection and energy saving. RTO is a kind of energy-saving environmental protection device which is used to treat middle and high concentration VOC waste gas. The main structure of RTO is composed of combustion chamber, ceramic packing bed and switch valve. The regenerative ceramic packed bed heat exchanger in the device can recover the heat energy to a large extent, and the heat recovery rate is more than 95%. There is little or no fuel used in VOC treatment. If low concentration waste gas is treated, concentration device can be selected to reduce combustion consumption.
